I was born in March 1975 in the beautiful town of Gaspé. In 1998, I left Gaspé to live in Montreal. It was then that I discovered the healthcare field. I started out as an orderly for a few years.
I then left to complete my BAC in business administration and work in finance in several financial institutions until 2012.
During my studies, I had the good fortune to welcome my two children.
It was in 2013 that I decided to return to pursue my studies in the nursing field and graduated as a nursing assistant in 2015.
In November 2017, I was lucky enough to accept a position with an employment agency and to be trained and coached by Josée Monchamp. She helped me develop my skills and specialize in blood sampling.
In April 2020, given the major changes following the arrival of the pandemic, I answered the Government’s call for help and offered my services for the elderly.
In August 2021, I needed to take on a personal challenge to boost my self-confidence and, above all, to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible. I accepted a position in the emergency department of a hospital.
It is with great pride and pleasure that I have joined the SPÉCIMEN Santé team in September 2023, and I’m finally able to work closely with Josée in this new adventure. I feel privileged and at the same time very happy to be part of this extraordinary team.
