I was born February 1979 and I am Moroccan origin. I finished my studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a MAster’s degree in Human Resources. I then got married and we were lucky enough to have a child.
Together, we immigrated to Canada in October 2010, when our daughter was only 18 mouths old. I wanted to have a job that allowed me to reconcile work and family in order to be there for our daughter (with was essential for me) and thus facilitate our integration into Quebec.
In 2012, I was able to join a first personnel placement agency. I was satisfied, I was getting closer to what I had studied for so many years and I had the privilege of working closely with professionals in such a noble fiels as Health. In addition, it was a chance for me to be able to reconcile work and family.
It has always been a pleasure to accompagne people in their distinct needs. Whether by responding to the various requests for services, offering shifts to students or mothers to meet the needs of public or private institutions.
So having the satisfaction of having made a difference in a person’s life.
Today, Have more than 15 ans of experience (including 9 years with Josée) in customer service and for me it is the most exciting of services, that of being able to support customers with needs as important as Health. Listening to people, being there to assist them in these steps and help them find solutions to the various problems and to the most urgent situations. This is for me the greatest satisfaction there is.
